We are looking for a highly driven Customer Success representative with experience in SaaS products and data to aggressively up-sell and retain clients and revenue by working with various consumers and businesses on their adoption of Versium's data products to marketing agencies and IT analytics firms, marketing departments within large enterprises and into the Ad Tech environment.
The perfect candidate has a strong understanding of data, predictive analytics space, and SaaS products. Prior data experience is a must. You are a motivated self-starter with strong strategic and tactical abilities and extraordinary presentation skills. You are a people person who has a solution for any type of potential issue. You have a proven track record in meeting or exceeding your goals. You must demonstrate all the behaviors associated with a high performance start-up culture, including excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a polished, professional presence with the natural ability to build strong customer relationships with all levels of the organization.
- 3+ yrs of experience with supporting and teaching data products to enterprises or marketing and IT analytics firms.
- 3+ yrs of experience with SaaS products.
- Strong knowledge of the data space is a must.
- Experience working with other data services or predictive analytics services into enterprises or agencies preferred.
- Experience in Ad Tech a big plus.
- Strong KPI performance and goal driven.
- Impeccable attention to detail and ability to skillfully manage customer’s needs and expectations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment and execute upon agreed strategy.
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, roll-up-your-sleeves doer motivated by long-term success.
- Must have prior Salesforce.com or other CRM experience.
- Ability to be effective and efficient with limited support resources.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
