Redmond, WA (June 21, 2019)—Versium, a market-leading data provider and predictive analytics company, has named Dillana Lim as the company’s CEO. Prior to this, Ms. Lim served as COO for the company, and was focused on deploying the company’s advanced AI and predictive data targeting solutions.
Lim brings more than 20 years of enterprise software experience to Versium. She has led product strategy, planning and management, as well as engineering at large companies as well as emerging start-ups. She was Vice President of Product and Engineering at TalentWise, where she was instrumental in the merger between TalentWise and Sterling Talent Solutions. She served as Chief Product Officer at Sterling Talent Solutions prior to coming to Versium.
As Ms. Lim steps into the CEO role, outgoing CEO Chris Matty will move into his new role as Chief Revenue Officer. “We’ve reached a new milestone in our company’s history, as we move forward with a product-based vision of the future. Ms. Lim has already proven her expertise at scaling SAAS companies,” said Matty. “We’re excited about the direction she’s taking us in.” Matty will also move into the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors for Versium.
