Most recently, Dillana served as Chief Product Officer at Sterling Talent Solutions, leading global product initiatives. Dillana is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley and holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Washington, Michael G. Foster School of Business.
