These terms explain who can use the Versium Price Freeze promotion (the "Promotion"), what the discount applies to, and how to redeem it. By using a Price Freeze promo code or otherwise participating, you agree to these terms. The Promotion is offered by Versar Data Solutions, DBA Versium Analytics, Inc. ("Versium," "we," "us").
Promotion period and discount stages
The Promotion runs from 12:00 AM Pacific Time on November 16, 2026 through 11:59 PM Pacific Time on January 1, 2027. The discount decreases on a published schedule. The discount you receive is the one in effect on the date your qualifying purchase is completed.

Each stage begins at 12:00 AM and ends at 11:59 PM Pacific Time on the dates shown. Each promo code is valid only during its own stage and expires automatically when that stage ends. Versium may extend, shorten, pause or end the Promotion at any time.
Who's eligible
- Credit packages: open to new customers and current credit package customers, including current credit package customers purchasing an additional credit package.
- Annual subscriptions: open to new customers only, meaning organizations that do not have, and have not previously had, a Versium REACH subscription.
- Current subscription customers are not eligible for the credit package discount. Subscription and credit package accounts are separate account types with different per-credit pricing.
- Limited to business use. The Promotion is intended for companies and professional marketers, not consumers.
- You must have, or create, a Versium REACH account in good standing and complete business verification.
- Versium employees, resellers and partners are not eligible.
What the discount applies to
- Credit packages (new customers and current credit package customers): prepaid Versium REACH match credit packages, from 5,000 to 500,000 credits, purchased during the Promotion.
- The first year of a new annual subscription (new customers only): the discount applies to the first 12-month term only.
The discount does not apply to renewals, add-ons purchased after the initial order, custom data projects or licensed data deliveries, professional services, taxes, third-party fees, or amounts already invoiced before the code was applied.
Renewal pricing
The Price Freeze discount applies to the first 12-month term of a new annual subscription only. At renewal, your subscription returns to Versium's current pricing at the time of renewal.
Credit packages don't renew. They're a one-time purchase and the credits never expire. The discount applies to a credit package purchased with a Price Freeze code during the Promotion. Auto-refill purchases are charged at standard pricing.
How to redeem
- Credit packages: enter the promo code for the current stage at checkout when you purchase.
- Annual subscriptions: must be purchased through a Versium sales representative. Share the current stage's promo code with your rep before you sign, and they'll apply it to your order.
Codes are not case-sensitive. The discount is applied at the time of purchase and can't be applied retroactively to past orders or carried over to a later stage.
Limits and conditions
- One promo code per account and one redemption per customer or organization.
- The Promotion can't be combined with other offers, discounts or negotiated pricing.
- The discount has no cash value and can't be exchanged, transferred or refunded for cash.
- If a qualifying order is cancelled or refunded, the discount is void for that order.
- Versium may refuse or reverse any redemption that doesn't meet these terms or that appears fraudulent.
- Standard Versium REACH terms of service and your existing agreement(s) continue to apply.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms or the Promotion at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. The version posted here governs the Promotion.
