List Insights provide a visual summary of the demographics and firmographics within your marketing lists or created audiences. Instead of manually analyzing a spreadsheet, you get an at-a-glance view of exactly who is on your list through interactive charts, graphs, and maps. List Insights do not cost credits and are automatically generated for each of your audiences.

• Pay-As-You-Go: Best for one-time projects or infrequent users. You pay a flat rate per file (starting at $125), allowing you to enrich a specific list without any recurring commitment.
• Credit Packages: The ideal "middle ground" for users with fluctuating volume. You purchase a bulk block of match credits upfront that you can use as needed over a set period. This offers a lower cost-per-match than Pay-As-You-Go without the full annual commitment of a subscription.
• Subscriptions: Designed for teams with ongoing data needs. Annual subscriptions start at $3,600/year (Tier 1) and provide the best value with a significantly lower cost-per-match (approx. $0.017 with the ability to get below $0.01 on higher tiers). Subscriptions also unlock advanced features like API access and the MCP Server for AI integrations.

Yes, REACH provides monthly payment plans with committed Annual (12-month) Subscription plans that start at $10,000 annually or higher. Subscription plans and credit packages below that threshold are paid up front. To provide the most competitive cost-per-match and ensure uninterrupted access to our identity graph, Versium REACH is available exclusively through Annual Subscriptions or pre-paid Credit Packages.

By focusing on annual and bulk models, we are able to offer rates as low as $0.017 per match—a significant discount compared to standard one-time data enrichment costs. For users who do not wish to commit to an annual plan, our Pay-As-You-Go or Credit Package options allow for high-volume enrichment without a recurring monthly bill.

It depends on your plan type, as each is designed for different usage patterns:

• Credit Packages: These credits never expire. Once purchased, they remain in your account and available for use whenever you need them, providing maximum flexibility for irregular or seasonal data needs.
• Annual Subscriptions: For plans that are paid up front for 12-months, we provide your entire credit allowance upfront at the start of your contract. Whereas, annual plans paid quarterly or monthly will have annual credit allowances provisioned in matching quarterly or monthly installments. In some instances, quarterly and monthly payment and credit allowance installment plans will include roll overs from quarter-to-quarter or month-to-month but will reset at the end of the 12 month term. Up front payment plans  give you the flexibility to use as many or as few credits as you need at any time throughout the year. Your credit balance only resets at the end of your annual contract term.

Accounts that maintain on time payments will not be blocked from using the platform if your balance hits zero, allowing the accounts to go into “overage” at the same per credit rate defined in their subscription plan. Any overage is billed at the end of each monthly cycle. How you replenish credits depends on your account type:

• Annual Subscriptions: To ensure your workflows and API integrations are never interrupted, subscriptions include automatic overage protection. If you exceed your annual allotment, you simply continue processing at your current tier's fixed cost-per-match rate, which will be billed as overage charges.
• Credit Packages: These are self-serve. If you run out of credits, you can simply purchase a new Credit Package at any time through the REACH dashboard to refill your balance.

For high-volume users, you also have the option to upgrade to a higher subscription tier at any time to take advantage of an even lower cost-per-match.

API access and the Versium REACH MCP Server are included in our Tier 1 and higher annual subscriptions. Pay-As-You-Go users have access to the web platform for CSV uploads but generally require a subscription for direct API integration.

No. Versium REACH does not charge implementation or "onboarding" fees. Your costs are transparently tied to your chosen subscription tier, credit package, or pay-as-you-go purchases.

Versium REACH subscriptions are annual contracts. Because we provide deeply discounted rates and upfront credit allotments based on a yearly commitment, users are required to complete the full term of their contract. If you wish to prevent your subscription from automatically renewing at the end of your term, or if you need to discuss your specific account status, please contact your Account Manager or email customer-success@versium.com.
